In Nairobi, parents like Fridah are growing food in small spaces to make sure their children can eat. With support from Christian Aid and Beacon of Hope, families are learning how to grow food and build more secure futures.

In the crowded and noisy settlements of Nairobi, parents like Fridah wake up knowing they must earn money – otherwise their children won’t eat that evening. But with tools, seeds and training from our partner, Beacon of Hope, families can grow nutritious vegetables in small city spaces and grow hope for the future.

This morning we raised £320 at the coffee morning.
We are now looking forward to next Saturday 9th May when there will be a 'Fun Day' for families and individuals in the church 2.30-4.30 with arts and crafts, games, prayer room and refreshments. This is to raise more funds do join us. And also feel free yo donate on this page or using QR code.
