My story

I’m fundraising this Christian Aid Week to support families facing hunger.

In Nairobi, parents like Fridah are growing food in small spaces to make sure their children can eat. With support from Christian Aid and Beacon of Hope, families are learning how to grow food and build more secure futures.

Thank you for any support you’re able to give.

Poverty in the world

I am fundraising this Christian Aid to help and raise money for people in the world suffering with nothing at all.I want to do my part to contribute in this world before my time is up. One can never know with life. I just going to quote a bible verse Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding . In all your ways acknowledge him and will make straight your parts.

Thank you for your support I hope we can both make a difference. Including those who are already on this journey.

How your money helps

You can support families facing the daily stress of food insecurity in Nairobi.

In the crowded and noisy settlements of Nairobi, parents like Fridah wake up knowing they must earn money – otherwise their children won’t eat that evening. But with tools, seeds and training from our partner, Beacon of Hope, families can grow nutritious vegetables in small city spaces and grow hope for the future.

Every pound you raise could help:

  • provide seeds and tools so people can grow food in small spaces.
  • fund training so people can plan ahead and protect their livelihoods.
  • support community-led projects that strengthen food security and incomes.
